We will use these calls to do intake, and get to know each other. I really like to take the time to get to know your inner workings so I can learn how best to serve you and your growing family during such a special and intimate time. We also use one of these meetings to specifically go over the birth plan, comfort measures, and quick overview of planning for the postpartum period.
Unlimited text and phone support
I want the families I work with to know I am there to support all the way through our time together. Whether you want to go over the birth plan again, need resources for an issue you’re dealing with, or just need reassurance on big feelings that may come up.We also use one of these meetings to specifically go over the birth plan, comfort measures, and quick overview of planning for the postpartum period.
Access to extensive resource & referral list
I have taken the time to curate an extensive resource & referral list to have handy for the families I work with. Need an acupuncturist to deal with acid reflux? Need a support group? Need to research other providers?
On call for you starting at 37 weeks
As much as we focus on due dates, they are very much educated guesses for when your baby makes their arrival. I prepare for that by being on call ready to go by 37 wks of your pregnancy. I do not travel more than an hour away and stay in close contact during this time.
In person labor support
I will show up when you need me ready to offer physical, emotional, and informational support during your labor all the way through pushing.
Up to 1 hour of immediate postpartum support
This can look like making sure things are done how you want, seeing you to your postpartum room, making sure the first latch goes smooth, and making sure you have food on the way.
1 virtual postpartum meeting
We will use this meeting to check in after the birth, make sure things are going smoothly, and I will be ready to offer resources if they are not.
